Responsibilities:
<h3>What You Will DO</h3>As a Project Manager at MSA, you'll lead cross-functional teams on complex transportation engineering projects that span service lines and disciplines. Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>Client Engagement & Business Development: Partner with leaders and client managers to identify opportunities and build strong relationships.</li><li>Project Leadership: Lead all project phases — from pursuit and initiation to planning, execution, and close-out.</li><li>Resource Coordination: Assemble and guide internal and external resources, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.</li><li>Technical Oversight: Review, certify, and stamp deliverables as needed while ensuring compliance and quality assurance.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact across workshare and project teams.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
WHAT YOU BRING<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>6+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with a master’s.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota required.</li><li>Solid understanding of Minnesota Department of Transportation (MDOT) design standards and submittal processes.</li><li>Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to close-out.</li><li>Strong business acumen with a track record of managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and team leadership skills.</li><li>Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.</li></ul><h3>Work Authorization</h3>This position requires authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role. <h3>Benefits & Compensation</h3>Salary Range: $88,871 to 142,190, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:
<h3>What You Will Do</h3>As a Graduate Engineer on our transportation team, you will contribute to a variety of roadway and intersection projects. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Perform CAD drafting and 3D design for intersection and highway improvement projects</li><li>Assist with traffic and intersection capacity modeling and prepare reports summarizing results</li><li>Support development of public meeting materials, including presentation boards and visual displays</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to develop design solutions</li><li>Participate in project coordination and team discussions throughout planning and design</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<h3>What You Bring</h3>We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in transportation engineering. Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering by May 2026</li><li>Interest in developing a career in transportation engineering</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous consulting internship experience</li><li>Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam passed</li><li>Experience with Bentley OpenRoads or similar roadway design software</li></ul><h3>Work Authorization</h3>This position requires authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
