We have an outstanding career opportunity for a driven, successful leader with at least 3 years of increasing management responsibility in the distribution/transportation fields. Successful candidates will handle the daily management of the warehouse crew. We provide unloading services for our clients. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li> Running site with safety and efficiency as priorities </li><li> Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance. </li><li> Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to corporate </li><li> Audit of daily labor and billing reports </li><li> Ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis. </li><li> Document and resolve any customer service or associate issues daily. </li><li> Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and work rules including Capstone safety work rules. </li><li> Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation. </li><li> Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget. </li><li> Scheduling associate shifts based on customer requirements. </li><li> Interview, hire, and train new associates. </li><li> Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all services performed. </li><li> Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll record administration according to Capstone policies and standard operating procedures.</li></ul>  QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Must be very flexible with shift start times as well as days worked, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.</li><li>Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.</li><li>Strong organization and prioritizing skills.</li><li>Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.</li><li>The ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing, warehouse environment.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.</li><li>Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent aptitude in estimating rates and adding and subtracting mentally while constantly multi-tasking.</li></ul>   EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: <ul><li> Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Third-Party experience preferred.</li><li>BS/BA Degree or Associate Degree with Equivalent Experience is a plus but no required</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.</li><li>Proven track record in supervision of warehouse employees including Hiring, Training, and Termination.</li><li>Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.</li></ul> PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li> Ability to stand for long period of times. </li><li> Ability to safely operate material handling equipment as needed. </li><li> Ability to work in warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures </li><li> Ability to lift up to 75 lbs</li></ul>  This description portrays in general terms the type and levels of work performed and is not intended to be all-inclusive or to represent specific duties of any one incumbent. General Description: To act in a dual work capacity in providing safe transportation and meeting the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical needs of children. Essential Job Responsibilities and Performance Indicators:Transportation ·         Arrives 10 minutes before the route to check messages and perform pre-trip inspections.·         Maintain a clean & safe bus (i.e., weekly disinfect seats, monthly pressure wash inside and outside, and by-monthly wash windows). ·         Conduct pre/post-trip bus inspections before/after route run daily. (i.e., registration, proof of insurance, first aid, emergency equipment, bus maintenance, etc.)·         Adhere to bus safety rules as required by program and state standards (i.e., proper shoes, no food, sodas, no thongs, flip-flops, slides, open-toed shoes, coolers, glass containers, CD/Radio earplugs, aerosol cans, etc.) ·         Ensure every child is properly restrained in safety vests.·         Ensure and be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the walkie-talkie radio daily·         Be responsible for the use of the fuel card (i.e., maintain and submit gas receipts daily, return fuel card daily, etc.)·         Document and report all accidents/incidents and mechanical problems to Transportation Manager·         Ensure that a Bus Policy, Emergency Card, and Parent Release Form on all bus riders are present at all times.·         Report promptly to the immediate supervisor and/or Family Services any changes to the child’s address and/or family problems observed.·         Ensure that the bus is attended at all times by an adult (i.e., driver, staff/monitor, or parent) when children are being transported.·         Ensure that every attempt is made to pick up children and that an authorized person is present when children are delivered home or to a childcare provider.·         Submit monthly mileage sheets, evacuation drills, a vehicle safety checklist, and/or any other required documents/reports to the Transportation Manager.·         Develop and maintain regular, functional bus routes.  Ensure that there is an updated route on the bus and at the center at all times.·         Promote and use positive guidance techniques when supervising children and inform teachers of any behavioral problems observed/occurring on the bus.·         Check the bus at the end of the AM & PM routes to ensure that “No” Child Is Left Behind.”  The sign MUST be posted in the front window.·         Other related duties as assigned. Teacher’s Aide or Substitute Teacher ·         Assist teacher(s) in planning, preparing, and implementing daily classroom group and individualized activities for children (i.e., lesson plans, IEPs, attendance, clean-up, follow-up, and record-keeping as required by state and federal licensing, performance standards, and program standards,·         Coordinate with the classroom teacher(s) to determine daily tasks.·         Assist teacher(s) with personal hygiene, health, safety (i.e., tooth brushing, toileting, hand washing) ·         Eat and converse with children during mealtime and encourage them to develop good eating habits and social skills. ·         Share in the responsibility of providing appropriate care for children with disabilities.·         Assist teacher(s) in tracking attendance, meal count, volunteer hours, in-kind contributions, child sign-in, and sign-out sheets, health checks, child portfolios, assessments, and other information as necessary.·         Assist in conducting daily observation of children to track their educational and social gains and outcomes and record findings in the child’s portfolio ·         Monitor records and data to determine compliance with required standards.·         Other related duties as assignedQualifications / Skills and Experience:<ul><li>HS Diploma/GED or other related fields/ECD Cert./ECD Diploma preferred.</li><li>Commercial Driver License (CDL) with "S" Endorsement (preferred), training provided. **Job Description**
 
AECOM is seeking an experienced **Utility Coordinator** to support roadway and infrastructure projects for the **South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT)** and local agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of utility identification, conflict analysis, relocation design, and documentation in accordance with **SCDOT Utility Coordination Guidelines** , **Federal regulations** , and local requirements.
 
This position plays a vital role in ensuring that all utility conflicts are resolved in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner, supporting the delivery of roadway and bridge improvement projects across the state.
 
**Key Responsibilities**
 
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between SCDOT, utility owners, consultants, and contractors for utility coordination efforts.
 
+ Review **SUE (Subsurface Utility Engineering)** data, utility as-built drawings, and survey information to identify existing utilities and potential conflicts.
 
+ Prepare and maintain **Utility Coordination Reports (UCRs)** , **Utility Relocation Reports (URRs)** , and other documentation per SCDOT standards.
 
+ Coordinate with internal design teams to incorporate utility information and conflict resolutions into roadway and bridge plans.
 
+ Lead or assist in utility coordination meetings with owners, design staff, and SCDOT representatives.
 
+ Develop and review **Utility Relocation Plans** , agreements, and estimates for inclusion in final right-of-way (ROW) and construction plan submittals.
 
+ Track relocation schedules, manage correspondence, and maintain documentation throughout all project phases.
 
+ Ensure compliance with **SCDOT’s Utility Accommodation Manual** , **Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)** regulations, and **SC Code of Laws Title 57** .
 
+ Support right-of-way coordination efforts and assist in identifying impacts to utilities and property owners.
 
+ Provide input on utility-related design solutions and assist in conflict mitigation planning.
 
**Working Conditions & Environment**
 
+ Primarily office-based with occasional field visits for utility identification or coordination meetings.
 
+ Typical 40-hour work week; additional hours may be required for project deadlines.
 
+ Some travel within South Carolina may be required to attend coordination meetings or field reviews.
 
**Career Development**
 
This role provides the opportunity to grow into **Senior Utility Coordinator** or **Utilities Manager** positions, overseeing multi-project coordination efforts and serving as a key liaison with SCDOT and utility agencies statewide. Employees will gain in-depth knowledge of **SCDOT utility processes, roadway design, and infrastructure planning** while contributing to major transportation improvement projects.
 
**Qualifications**
 
**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Experience with **SUE levels (A–D)** , **utility relocation processes** , and **SCDOT Utility Coordination procedures** .
 
+ Ability to read and interpret roadway plans, CADD drawings (MicroStation/OpenRoads preferred), and survey data.
 
**Preferred Qualifications:**
 
+ Experience coordinating with **SCDOT Utility Office** and **utility agencies** (water, sewer, power, gas, telecom).
 
+ Knowledge of **ProjectWise** , **Bluebeam** , and SCDOT documentation templates.
 
+ Previous involvement in **SCDOT design-build** or **on-call roadway design contracts** .
 
+ Experience developing and tracking **Utility Agreement Packages** and **Conflict Matrices** .
 
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, relocation plans, and schematics.
 
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple coordination efforts concurrently.
 
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
