Bachelors Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
At least 15 years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, traffic operations, and/or ITS planning and designRegistered license (PE and/or TE)
Track record of successfully winning and delivering work in Coachella Valley and surrounding communitiesEstablished relationships with local DOT, local agencies, and/or local municipalitiesDemonstrated ability to manage transportation projects profitably through agency specificationsExcellent communication, leadership, and technical skillsStrong desire and ability to be engaged with clients solving project problemsAbility to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage and mentor staff and direct resources effectively in a positive mannerBase Salary Range: $145,000 - $250,000Eligible for performance-based bonus compensationWhy Kimley-Horn?
