Driver, CSR, Partner & Donor Service Serve as a responsive customer-service contact for drivers, Network Relations, Food Sourcing, and Distribution Center staff regarding delivery schedules, pickups, delays, access requirements, product discrepancies, and other transportation needs. Serving as a primary connection point among drivers, Network Relations, Food Sourcing, and Distribution Center staff, this position coordinates changing schedules, communicates delivery and pickup expectations, resolves day-of-service issues, and keeps all parties informed.
