Basic Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's Degree AND 7 years of engineering experience in production assembly/fabrication including composites, metallic, coatings application, and/or production manufacturing OR Master''s Degree AND 5 years of engineering experience in production assembly/fabrication including composites, metallic, coatings application, and/or production manufacturing. The manager will have direct budget responsibility, and day to day management for approximately 50-90 Engineers and 4-6 Engineering Managers, which will include the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.
