Job Type Full-time Description Summary: In this outside sales position, CSC's are responsible for increasing STTC revenue through existing account growth and new account acquisition while maintaining our company gross profit goals. Modeling the highest level of integrity is at the core of this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Serve our customers at the highest level and always sell them what is best for them. </li><li>Increase company revenue through new account acquisition. </li><li>Manage the existing assigned accounts and identify opportunity for sales growth within. </li><li>Memorize and perpetually utilize STTC sales process. </li><li>Understand and utilize our sustainable offerings as a customer solution and source of STTC growth. </li><li>Pick up and deliver tires as needed. </li><li>Enter tire information into Bib Tread Next System. </li><li>Coordinate the delivery of customer product and required service needs with your STTC team members. </li><li>Maintain adherence to daily sales metric activities. </li><li>Schedule customer visits and adhere to an effective route planner. </li><li>Enter all customer interactions into the Adam Reach CRM. </li><li>Conduct fleet tire inspections, tire performance tracking, retread shop tours, and scrap tire reviews as needed. </li><li>Develop effective sales presentations, proposals, and sales quotes. </li><li>Develop an annual sales plan that includes a viable growth strategy and fits within branch capabilities. </li><li>Collect customer receivables as needed. </li><li>Attend STTC sales meetings and other business-related events. </li><li>Conformance to STTC company policies and sales procedures. </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Integrity and honesty. </li><li>2 or more years of outside sales experience in the commercial tire industry or related. </li><li>Personable with high level communication skills. </li><li>Proficient in basic arithmetic. </li><li>Proficient in basic computer use. </li><li>Demonstrates a positive attitude regardless of adverse situations. </li><li>Completes assignments and required work. </li><li>Demonstrates a high level of customer satisfaction. </li></ul>Requirements Requirements:<ul><li>Travel- overnight for STTC bi-annual sales meetings. </li><li>Ability to perform physical job duties. Lifting up to 75lbs. </li><li>Capable of performing fleet tire inspections and stepping up and down from bed of pickup truck. </li><li>Conforms to the STTC attendance policies. </li></ul> Salary Description $75,000-100,000 Plus - Growth without limits

<h5>Crossroads Station </h5>Weekend hours: Saturdays 10AM - 5PM <h5>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </h5>• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy. • Maintain a courteous and helpfulattitude at all times. • Respond to resident request promptly and courteously and to help resolve resident issues. • Be aware of company and community policies and be able to explain them to residents and potential residents. • Have a comprehensive working knowledge of all lease related documents and be able to accurately complete the documents in a timely manner. • Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with Drucker + Falk Company policy. • Enter the computer data relative to residents and potential residents in accordance with company policy. • Assist in developing and maintaining a resident retention/renewal program in order to achieve optimum increases and conversion ratios. • Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure market ready status. • Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations. • Be aware of the rent levels and amenities of competitive communities. • Be aware of all community and area facts and statistics. • Assist in preparing the competitive market survey report as needed. • Greet new residents and assist with the move-in process. • Verify application data. • Qualify potential residents. • Show the model and available ready vacancies. • Participate in the coordination of community sponsored events. • Become certified as a Leasing Specialist through the company in-house training program. • Travel may be required.
