Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practices in Auto Dealerships</li><li>Provide product training to dealer staff across departments (sales, service, parts, accounting)</li><li>Manage and execute test plan activities, including requirements-based test plans to assess the quality of digital project deliverables, and facilitation of user acceptance testing</li><li>Support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients</li><li>Partner with project managers to identify project risk and issues. Work together to collaboratively develop and articulate mitigate strategies</li><li>Participate in the development and deployment of implementation methodologies, trainings and toolkits through internal initiatives</li><li>Support sales cycles as needed as a Subject Matter Expert. Support the build of project approach and proposals for opportunities with new clients.</li><li>Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programs</li><li>Support the growth and development of team members and clients through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals</li><li>Enjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encourage a work-life balance</li></ul>Successful candidates will have:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field</li><li>Experience with auto dealership processes, terminology, and workflows (sales, service, parts, accounting)</li><li>Minimum of one (1) year of related Tekion experience required.</li><li>Previous related Auto Dealership industry and consulting experience.</li><li>Tekion Certified Professional (TCP) qualification, highly preferred</li><li>Experience with automotive software or software as a service (SaaS) implementations</li><li>Demonstrate management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.</li><li>Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects</li><li>Flexibility to travel to client site as needed and work outside of normal business hours due to client demands.</li><li>Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies</li><li>Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects</li><li>Ability to multitask across many different projects and stakeholders both internal and external</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and work with client resources from lower level to C suite</li><li>Ability to travel, potentially up to 100 %</li></ul>The compensation range for this role is $85,910 to $162,890. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
