Required Qualifications: RN licensure, BLS certification, NRP certification, 0 years minimum experience; experience with IV insertion in preterm or term infants, ability to work independently with strong assessment skills, and knowledge of symptoms of declining health in infants. Responsibilities: Stabilizing and caring for critically ill neonates, performing advanced procedures such as vent support management, CPAP, UVC placement, needle decompression, TPN, lipids administration, and responding to emergencies with interventions like newborn resuscitation and intubation.
