Skills Required: This position requires nine (9) years of experience with the following skills: bonds, loans, syndicated loans, private placements, and other debt instruments; regulations relevant to the financial industry including SEC, FINRA, and Basel III, and their compliance requirements; global and regional debt markets trends, macroeconomic factors, and interest rate movements; structuring debt transactions tailored to client needs; sourcing new business and maintaining client relationships; providing strategic advice to clients on capital structure, funding options, and market timing; presenting holistic capital markets financing ideas and solutions to clients at the Treasury and C-suite levels, and to internal stakeholders; managing and mentoring junior bankers; managing and mentoring deal teams; simultaneously overseeing multiple in-market transactions and ensuring timely execution; liaising with credit risk, syndicate, sales, trading, legal, compliance, and operations teams; assessing creditworthiness and risk factors for issuers; conducting due diligence on debt transactions; resolving transaction issues and client challenges; negotiating deal structuring and documentation terms; managing relationships with external stakeholders including clients, investors, rating agencies, external counsels, and regulators; and preparing pitch books, proposals, and transaction documentation. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field of study plus ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or as Origination/Client Manager, Global Corporate Banker, Banking Business Manager, Product Controller, or related occupation.
