BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This position assists in the execution of the Department of Financial Services' responsibilities for the Florida PALM Project and serves as a state subject matter expert and exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance in one or more of the following Process Areas: Accounts Management and Financial Reporting (AMFR); Accounts Receivable (AR); Asset Accounting and Management (AAM); Budget Management (BM); Cash Management (CM); Disbursement Management (DM); Payroll Management (PM); Project and Grants Management (PGM); Revenue Accounting (RA); or Treasury Management (TM). Working collaboratively with Florida PALM team members, DFS business owners, state agency business owners and other stakeholders to ensure functional designs and configurations are developed and maintained to meet business needs and result in the development and maintenance of a user-friendly and comprehensive solution.
