The ideal candidate will take ownership of ERP and business systems, with strong technical experience, and will partner closely with leadership across operations, finance, supply chain, engineering, and production to improve processes, reporting, workflows, and data accuracy. Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, hardware/software support, vendor relationships, and technology planning for the Syracuse facility, and manage 2 employees in the IT department.
