This individual is committed to implementing High-Impact Tutoring (HIT) with fidelity, using student data to inform instruction, collaborating with classroom teachers to support student achievement, participating in ongoing professional learning, and delivering high-quality afterschool and summer programming in accordance with district policies and Texas ACE/Nita M. Typical demands of a school and afterschool learning environment, including standing, walking, bending, lifting instructional materials (15-20 pounds), supervising students, and occasional computer use for program documentation.
