Lead engineering design of complex assignments, including facilities and pipeline condition assessment and rehabilitation design, planning studies for future capacity needs, hydraulic calculations, development of technical specifications and drawings, development of opinions of probable construction cost, task proposals, and requests for proposals. The Lead Water Engineer will lead project teams for key regional clients in the planning, design and construction of complex and innovative stormwater, water, and wastewater infrastructure.
