The analyst will leverage SQL and Snowflake to deliver insights on adherence, utilization, eligibility, authorization, fulfillment, and revenue, while identifying trends, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve patient retention, payer compliance, and overall business outcomes. Familiarity with CGM-related data elements such as sensor shipments, transmitter or receiver needs, refill timing, days supply, utilization patterns, prior authorization, documentation status, and payer-specific rules.
