In addition to conducting tutoring sessions, the Peer Tutor Lead supports daily center operations, assists fellow tutors, serves as a liaison between faculty coordinators and subject-area tutoring teams, and contributes to program assessment through reporting and data analysis. Reports may include appointment volume, unique students served, peak usage patterns, waitlists, no-shows/cancellations, tutor utilization, common appointment reasons, frequently addressed concepts, and emerging student support needs.
