Responsibilities will vary by role and department, but may include: • Provide sales, outreach, enrollment, and customer service support by responding to inquiries and guiding students and parents through program options via email, phone, and virtual platforms • Support study abroad and international exchange programs through admissions, advising, and program operations • Communicate clearly and professionally through written correspondence, presentations, and documentation • Maintain CRM and program data, including data entry, record management, reporting, and system updates • Collaborate with domestic and international colleagues to support program goals and organizational priorities • Perform other duties as assigned.
