This position focuses on purchasing, receiving, and client communications, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage purchasing processes for kitchen and bath materials and supplies.</li><li>Coordinate receiving and inventory management to maintain stock levels.</li><li>Assist in vendor communication to ensure timely delivery of products.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory transactions.</li><li>Support the  team with data entry and filing tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to fulfill material needs for ongoing projects.</li><li>Handle client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups.</li><li>Assist with scheduling</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in administrative support or purchasing roles, specifically in construction.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.  Co-Construct or BuilderTrend knowledge is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Knowledge of construction and kitchen and bath industry products is mandatory.</li><li>Positive attitude and a willingness to learn</li></ul>
