<p style="margin:0px;text-align:center"><strong>Homecare Client Care Coordinator Needed in Hibbing, MN </strong></p><p style="margin:0px;text-align:center"><strong>Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm</strong></p><p style="margin:0px;text-align:center"><strong>Pay: $20-$22/hr</strong> </p><p style="margin:0px">Amivie, a licensed home care agency and one of the largest PCA agencies in Minnesota, is looking for a Homecare Client Care Coordinator to join our team! Headquartered in Hibbing, MN, we employ 900 caregivers and Nurses who serve 1300 clients throughout the greater Metro Area.</p><p style="margin:0px">As a Client Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the care they need by coordinating staffing, hiring caregivers, and addressing any client or caregiver concerns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a team player, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively with the support of our office team.</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet client needs</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, case managers, and caregivers</li><li>Hire and onboard new caregivers</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date clients and staff records</li><li>Address and resolve client and caregiver concerns in a professional manner</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers</li><li>Assist with general administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>

Qualifications:
