Key Responsibilities: • Accurately input data from various source documents into designated computer systems and databases • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors or inconsistencies as needed • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information handled during daily operations • Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically for easy retrieval • Generate reports and summaries from entered data as required by management • Assist with data cleanup activities to ensure data integrity and compliance • Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies or issues • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data entry and information handling Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent qualification • Proven computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM with high accuracy) • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational and time management skills • Basic understanding of data privacy principles and confidentiality requirements Qualifications: • Prior experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is a plus • Familiarity with different data entry software or database systems • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes and technologies • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistent focus and accuracy This is a remote position.
