We are dedicated to the advancement of patient care through excellent service and product technology.We have an immediate full-time opportunity for an OrthoLife Administrator in our Klamath Falls prosthetic and orthotic patient care facility. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients and referrals while assuming front desk administrative responsibilities. This individual will assume front desk, Rehab and O&P administrative, and rehab fitting responsibilities for Pacific Medical O&P and Rehab department. The OrthoLife Administrator functions as a collaborative and participative member, consistent with the mission and values of Pacific Medical, Inc.<h3>Responsibilities Include:</h3><ul><li>Answering phones.</li><li>Greeting patients.</li><li>Assisting patients with paperwork.</li><li>Insurance verification/authorization.</li><li>Data entry.</li><li>Communication with other professional medical offices.</li><li>Scheduling appointments.</li><li>Shipping and receiving.</li><li>Provide other administrative duties as needed.</li><li>Collects and completes appropriate paperwork at the request of Pacific Medical, HP team, Rehab Team, and Medical Center for documentation and billing purposes in a timely manner.</li><li>Openly communicates with the OrthoLife Rehab Team and supervisors.</li><li>Maintains a working relationship with Pacific Medical corporate team to ensure the completion of the order cycle and assist in gathering information at the field level.</li><li>Demonstrates competency for orthopedic products and services provided by Pacific Medical Rehab along with competitive products.</li><li>Schedule coordination for Patient Recovery Care.</li><li>Demonstrates ability to take initiative, prioritize, and professional accountability.</li><li>Adheres to Medical Center’s policies/procedures and core values.</li><li>Conducts themselves with personal integrity and professionalism as a representative of Pacific Medical.</li><li>Is accessible and responsive to any calls from Medical Centers and Pacific Medical Team members during all work hours.</li><li>Performs measurement and application of orthopedic soft good devices such as CPMs, knee orthoses, spinal bracing, ankle foot orthotics, and other devices as necessary.</li><li>Perform other duties as needed.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>1 year of Experience as a Medical Office Receptionist preferred.</li><li>Microsoft Office, Email, Outlook, Word, Excel.</li><li>Typing Minimum 45 WPM.</li><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent.</li><li>Valid Driver's License.</li></ul>Hourly Rate Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00Candidates that apply must be hard-working, self-motivated, possess strong customer service and communication skills, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
