Position Summary: As a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Isle, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for an exceptional stay from the moment they arrive. You’ll bring warmth, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere in the lobby. This role calls for someone who thrives on connection, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in going the extra mile to make guests feel at home. You’ll offer thoughtful local recommendations, assist with requests, and ensure each guest feels valued and cared for. With strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality, you’ll handle transactions, manage reservations, and coordinate work orders seamlessly—all while maintaining Holiday Isle’s signature standard of service and charm. Responsibilities: Greet all guests and make them feel welcome. Process check-in/check-out of guests, process any guest credits and/or charges. Contacting guests and welcoming them upon their arrival and exit. Create and assign work orders for reported issues and follow up with vendors and guests. Communicate professionally via text messages and respond promptly to guest inquiries. Upon request, provide guests with information regarding local activities such as dining recommendations and activities in the area. Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, email correspondence, typing, filing, and computer data entry as necessary. Audit reservations to ensure all required policies are being met. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Availability to work weekends, on call shifts, and holidays in the office as required. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a drug test Must be able to pass a background check. The 96th Test Wing performs DT&E across the complete system life cycle for a wide variety of customers including: Air Force Systems Program Offices, the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), logistics and product centers; major commands; other DoD services and United States (US) Government agencies (Department of Transportation, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), etc.); foreign military sales; and private industry. Essential Duties: Serve as Security advisor, providing oversight and management of multiple security disciplines (information, personnel, industrial, physical, computer, operations and communications security) in support of the Wing's advances and special access programs.

The 96th Test Wing (96TW), headquartered at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), is host to a wide range of activities that support all services, multiple Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, Contractors, and Allied Nations. The 96TW, under the command of AFTC, is the T&E center for Air Force air-delivered weapons, navigation and guidance systems, Command and Control systems, and Air Force Special Operations Command systems. The Wing provides expert evaluation and validation of the performance of systems throughout the design, development, acquisition, and sustainment process to ensure the warfighter has technologically superior, reliable, maintainable, sustainable and safe systems. This position is located at Eglin AFB, FL.Essential Duties:<ul><li>Serve as Security advisor, providing oversight and management of multiple security disciplines (information, personnel, industrial, physical, computer, operations and communications security) in support of the Wing's advances and special access programs.</li><li>Implement and administer the SAP information security programs and personnel security programs.</li><li>Monitor overall security administration program for the organization.</li><li>Implement policies and procedures covering the safeguarding of classified information.</li><li>Implement unit security education and motivation programs.</li><li>Implement policies, methods of and training relative to security programs concerned with the handling and classification of national defense information;</li><li>Analyze, develop and implement security policy, instructions and guidance;</li><li>Develop and present training material;</li><li>Conduct security program reviews</li><li>Review and submit security central clearance investigations monthly</li><li>Receive, review and process EQIP, EPSQ, AF Form 2583 and JPAS</li><li>Assist in planning, conducting, evaluating, analyzing, and reporting security issues.</li><li>Generate and maintain databases that reflect receipt, storage, inventory and disposition of information; to include data entry, updates, and generation of reports</li><li>Generate and maintain automated databases, to include data entry, updates, and generation of reports</li><li>Support physical security procedures by performing entry and visit processing, escorting personnel within the facility, verifying end-of-day security checks have been conducted and performing other security administrative functions as requested.</li><li>Assist in the development/update of and conduct security briefings</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree.
