This individual will perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing and posting communications, scheduling appointments, assisting with recruiting efforts, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files,and handles a variety of front desk receptionist duties. This includes ensuring pre-employment screenings are complete, candidates are fully on boarded in HRIS system prior to start dates, entering new hire information in timekeeping and payroll systems, and scheduling and/or conducting new hire orientations .
