What You'll Do • Actively contribute to shaping Oregon Hillel by engaging 200-300 students per year • Collaborate with students, our student board, and colleagues to develop programs and manage existing programs • Meet with students from different cohorts and demographics on campus to engage them, identify interests, and connect them to meaningful opportunities • Meet with students to help connect them with leadership roles within Hillel • Create and implement a strategic plan to build one-on-one relationships with 180 students currently not engaged in Jewish life • Plan and facilitate weekly student board meetings • Recruit and supervise student board members who engage their peers in Jewish life on campus.
