Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist during surgical procedures by ensuring the sterile environment and proper handling of instruments</li><li>Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments and supplies</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols</li><li>Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals</li><li>Handle multiple priorities efficiently in emergency and routine situations</li><li>Document procedures and supply usage accurately</li></ul> Required Skills: <ul><li>Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English</li><li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in collaborating with healthcare teams and delegating tasks</li><li>Critical thinking and adaptability in high-pressure scenarios</li><li>Attention to detail and vigilance to ensure patient safety</li><li>Basic computer literacy, including Word and Excel</li></ul> Nice to Have Skills: <ul><li>Experience with Epic electronic health records</li><li>Familiarity with surgical procedures in an acute care setting</li><li>Advanced certifications in specialized surgical areas</li></ul> Preferred Education and Experience: <ul><li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent</li><li>Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or related credentials such as TS-C, CSFA, or CSA</li><li>Prior experience working in surgical or hospital environments</li></ul> Other Requirements: <ul><li>Willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held</li><li>Availability for shifts from 6:45 am to 5:15 pm, four days a week</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications upon hire</li><li>This position involves working with a diverse healthcare team in a demanding environment</li></ul> This is an excellent chance to advance your career with competitive hourly pay of $40.20, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing support from a dedicated team committed to your professional growth. The successful candidate will perform a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in the utilization of equipment for diagnosing and treating diseases. Responsibilities include setting up imaging equipment, positioning patients, ensuring safety and quality of diagnostic images, and providing age-appropriate patient care. The role requires excellent communication skills for effective interaction with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: <ul><li>Graduate of AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine Program</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical setting caring for patients or NM experience</li><li>All certifications must be obtained upon hire:
