Job Purpose: The Coordinator of University Chapel assists the Spiritual Life Pastoral team and Associate Dean of Spiritual Life with planning the details and logistics of the Faith, Learning & Experience program (FLEX), executing worship services, promoting chapel plans, coordination of spiritual formation through virtual channels, and navigating hosting for speakers in chapel. Serve as 'Producer of Chapel' - inputting detailed elements for Chapel Order into Planning Center, and navigating deadlines with ITS - scheduling musicians, & speakers for sound checks, media usage, Coordinate worship arts & music department scheduling for chapel.
