NewUniversity Registrar (52266) New Mexico Highlands UniversityUniversity Registrar (52266)Rio Rancho, NMSUMMARY: The incumbent in this position is responsible for functioning under limited supervision all facets of operations of the Registrar's Office including student registration, serves as official custodian of educational records, monitors and recommends academic policy to academic leadership, manages the registration program, class schedules, instructional space assignments, graduation clearance, coordinates, and prepares the university undergraduate and graduate catalogs. Knowledge of New Mexico Higher Education Department and Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education student exchange policies and procedures.
