In addition to clinical responsibilities, this position serves as lead instructor for the Farrier Certificate Program, a 16‑week intensive program offered three times per year for individuals seeking to advance their professional farrier skills and one-week Advanced Farrier Training program experience This position works closely with Department of Clinical Sciences (DCS) faculty and may report directly to a veterinarian‑farrier faculty member. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in education, animal science, or a related field, plus three years of professional farrier experience with multiple breeds and equine disciplines; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
