Required knowledge and experience are normally obtained through the completion of advanced education from an accredited educational institution of higher learning resulting in a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or related field, and at least four (4) years work-related experience in Community Development, Planning, Public Administration or related field are required. Under the direction of the City Administration, the CRA Manager is responsible for the implementation of formally adopted community redevelopment area plans within the City of Haines City's Community Redevelopment Areas (CRAs).
