In this out-patient setting, our pharmacists prepare prescriptions for a wide variety of patients including hospital discharges, Emergency and Urgent Care patients, community members, Hospice patients and hospital staff. Our pharmacists are essential members of our health care team and will interact with our patients, providers and all other team members to deliver medications safely and effectively to our patients.
