Responsibilities:
Website Operations & Maintenance<ul><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Maintain the university website and related digital properties to ensure accuracy, functionality, accessibility, and brand consistency.</li><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Implement approved updates to site architecture, navigation, and page structures supporting marketing and advancement priorities.</li><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Conduct routine site audits to identify performance, usability, and content improvement opportunities.</li></ul>Campaign & Landing Page Support<ul><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Build and maintain landing pages supporting enrollment, advancement campaigns, and institutional initiatives.</li><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Partner with the Marketing Strategy & Content Coordinator to publish campaign content according to the institutional editorial calendar.</li><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Assist in implementing SEO, page optimization, and conversion-focused design improvements.</li></ul>Content Deployment & Workflow Collaboration<ul><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Publish and update website content within established turnaround timelines.</li><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Provide technical guidance to approved content contributors across departments.</li><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Maintain documentation of publishing workflows and digital content standards.</li></ul>Analytics & Reporting Support<ul><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Monitor website analytics including traffic, engagement, and conversion indicators.</li><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Assist in preparing monthly performance summaries supporting Advancement leadership.</li><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Recommend data-informed improvements to enhance digital engagement and campaign outcomes.</li></ul>Compliance & Standards<ul><li style="margin-left:49.5pt">Support website accessibility compliance (ADA), privacy standards, and institutional publishing policies.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 49.5pt">Ensure adherence to institutional branding and digital governance guidelines.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>2–4 years of experience managing websites, CMS platforms, or digital content systems.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics platforms, SEO practices, and user experience optimization.</li><li>Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Strong operational knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, HTML, Adobe Creative Cloud, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and CMS administrative tools. (Required)</li><li>Strong project management experience including time spent planning, leading, directing, and managing successful projects.</li><li>Unquestioned integrity and a commitment to nurturing an academic environment that welcomes people of diverse backgrounds and experiences and promotes their full development.
