Job Summary:
MOR PPM Inc seeks a Utility Laborers for an outage located in Sutherland, NE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs unskilled talks as required by the foreman. Duties can include Plant Support activities (mowing, industrial cleaning, etc., tool room attendant, runner, clean up, or general labor) but duties are not limited to these assignments. May be required to perform small maintenance jobs. A minimum of one (1) year of experience is desired. A minimum of one (1) year of power plant maintenance or construction work experience is desired.

Qualifications:
OSHA Requirements All craft are required to have OSHA 10 prior to arriving on site. Per Diem:Using gsa.ogv rates$178/paid 7 days (except 1st and last week of work – paid days worked). Permanent address must be greater than 50 miles using shortest distance calculation. No PD will be paid on days missed.Per Diem must be verified and we must retain records for audit. Need 2 items (1 from each list below) and must be dated within 60-90 days of start date.Per Diem Documentation Requirements:List A<ul><li>Utility bill for water, gas, electricity, cable or land line at least 30 days old but no more than 3 months</li><li>Major credit card bill at least 30-days old but no more than 3 months (I suggest we black out account number if someone provides that)</li><li>Mortgage receipt for permanent address within the past 3 months</li><li>Rent receipt for permanent address within the past 3 months</li></ul>List B<ul><li>City, county or other property tax statements within the past 12 months</li><li>DMV vehicle registration</li><li>State or federal tax return (if prepared by someone else, need proof of payment to tax preparer). I suggest we ask for first and last page only – everything needs to be blacked out if they provide it</li><li>Voter registration card</li></ul>Travel In & Out:$400 in and out for those with permanent address greater than 200 miles. Must get ROF/RIF for travel out Completion Bonus (outage only):$3.00/ST and 4.50/OT to base rate.  Must meet safety, attendance, and compliance site rules and finish assignment with Lay Off.

Physical Demands:
<ul><li>Occasional lifting of items weighting a maximum of 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to climb stairwells up to 15 levels high.</li><li>Ability to ascend and descend ladders (step, extension, cage) up to 24’ high.</li><li>Able to walk at a normal pace for up to 15 continuous minutes.</li><li>Able to work from a standing position for 8-12 hours.</li><li>Ability to twist and bend on a recurring basis.</li><li>Weather conditions that can be expected are wet, humid, heat and cold, bright/dim light, traffic, heights, dusts, and pollen.</li><li>The job requires normal visual acuity, field vision, hearing, speaking, color perception, sense of smell, depth perception, and texture perception.</li><li>Some environments are in a high noise and vibrating area.</li></ul>#ppm
