Position is responsible for general dishwashing and cleaning of the restaurants and banquet facilities which may include but is not limited to dishes, glasses, cups, small wares, flatware, floors, equipment etc. Provide restaurant with sanitary operation of dish machine resulting in consistently clean and sanitary dishware, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc.
