<div> Role Summary This Administrative Assistant will support base capital projects and site operations. The resource will be responsible for greeting visitors, supporting project teams (managers/engineers), coordinating contractor safety, and performing general administrative tasks. The role includes ordering supplies, maintaining pool vehicle records, stocking and maintaining the coffee area, scanning reports and inspections, setting up meetings and ensuring technology is functioning properly. The assistant will also handle onboarding, equipment ordering, and travel arrangements. The resource will support approximately 20 site staff and must be positive, engaging, and proactive. The resource must be proactive and able to work independently without needing to be asked. They should be comfortable interacting with a variety of personnel and contractors, and able to adapt to changing priorities. A positive and engaging demeanor is essential to support the dynamic needs of the site team.
