Key responsibilities include conducting virtual assessments, educating patients about their conditions, documenting care processes, and facilitating care. The VN participates in quality improvement initiatives, the TUL process, and professional governance to enhance patient care and nursing practice. Utilizing clinical expertise, critical thinking, and principles of case management, the VN coordinates, implements, and supports individualized care plans, ensuring smooth transitions across the continuum of care. Key roles include mentor, clinician, educator, consultant/collaborator, and navigator. Successful candidates are adept at making autonomous clinical decisions to deliver patient-centered care and monitor quality metrics, ensuring accurate documentation in patient records. Minimum Experience: 5 years of RN experience in an acute care hospital caring for medically complex patients. Requires clinical skill knowledge as well as strong analytical and critical thinking skills;Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives. Knowledge of computer use and various database software programs. Ability to adapt and be flexible with frequent change. Possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Certifications Required for ALL Virtual RN:Healthcare Provider CPR certification ACLS required within 6 months of hire.</div></div>
