This role is challenged with facilitating patient flow into and within the healthcare system by collaborating with Renown leadership, clinical staff, unit staff, providers and transfer center personnel, along with coordinating patient care across the continuum, from admission through discharge, and ensuring effective two-way communication between the medical staff, referring physicians, and other healthcare team members. Computer / Typing: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
