Resolve billing and payment discrepancies.</li><li><b><u>Community Accounting</u></b> – Assist with Community check requests and monthly culinary invoice reconciliations.  Support Community Accountants in completing month-end financial statements within established deadlines.</li><li><u><b>General Office and Accounting Duties </b></u>– Answer the telephone, route invoices, assist with tax jurisdiction payments, and prepare accounting entries.</li><li><b><u>Proficient company software utilization</u></b> – Including: Sage 300 accounting modules, general ledger, accounts payable, property management and cash management applications; Timberscan, Concur, AvidXchange and Procurement Partners.</li></ul><div>Opportunities for cross-training include compliance, analysis, month-end financials, and payroll. </div><div> </div><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience in accounting.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office software including spreadsheets, word processing and database applications.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and learn quickly with little supervision.</li><li>Ability to learn new accounting processes for the option to eventually cross-train for additional accounting responsibilities.</li></ul><div><b>Schedule and Benefits:</b></div><ul><li>Work the following schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm at our Corporate Office located in Lincoln, Nebraska.</li><li>As a valued Employee, you can get access to your earned income when you need it with OnDemand Pay. </li><li>Receive $610 stipend per month from our company to apply towards any benefit(s) you select, including:

This role will involve supervising AP processes, mentoring team members, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize payment operations.</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management.</li><li>Supervise and support AP Specialists, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports.</li><li>Review and reconcile expense reports, verifying compliance with company policies and financial records.</li><li>Facilitate and oversee vendor payments, including verifying tax documentation, purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, approval workflows, and adherence to internal controls to maintain compliance.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements, including automation and system enhancements.</li><li>Reconcile monthly statements, transactions, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving outstanding obligations.</li><li>Monitor accounts to identify discount opportunities and take necessary actions on purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders.</li><li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Train and mentor AP team members, fostering professional development and operational excellence.</li><li>Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul><li>Business or Accounting degree preferred.</li><li>At least three years of relevant accounts payable experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>Systems set up and/or conversion knowledge preferred</li><li>Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial best practices.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software systems including Netsuite</li><li>Ability to lead and mentor team members while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Ability to manage confidential and sensitive financial information.</li></ul></div></div></div><br/><br/><p>PI67b7a801b0a8-25401-37035322</p>
