Tasks include but are not limited to:</li><li>Assist with volunteer coordination</li><li>Assist with ordering food from the Food Bank and other vendors. Pickup, unload, stock and inventory.</li><li>Assist with client intake as needed:</li><li>Greet guests and route people to the correct program</li><li>Assist in the operation of seasonal programs including Long Point Camp recruitment, Holiday food, Angel Tree</li><li>Assist in the Red Kettle Campaign: Recruit and schedule volunteer bell ringers, set up and collection of kettles, relieving volunteers and ring as needed</li><li>Manage the cleaning/upkeep of the physical site</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Service Center Manager and/or Service Extension Director</li></ul>PROGRAM<ul><li>Maintain records of program participants in a confidential and organized manner</li><li>Assist with ordering, sorting, and stocking of pantry goods</li><li>Distribute pantry goods to program participants as per Service Center guidelines</li></ul>Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
