Develop, implement, and continuously monitor property-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure service delivery, resident outcomes, operational effectiveness, compliance, occupancy trends, and stakeholder engagement, utilizing data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and report performance to ownership and partners. Coordinate, develop, and oversee resident engagement activities, community-building initiatives, and educational programming while recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to support resident services, strengthen community connections, and enhance overall resident well-being and housing stability.
