Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Communications, Sociology, Social Work, Education, Organizational Development, Ethnic Studies, Diversity Management, or a related field, and two years of related experience in organizational development, training, community engagement, or diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Coordinator works collaboratively across City departments and with community partners to support organizational equity initiatives and strengthen relationships with diverse communities.
