MINIMUM** **Requirements** **Education** + Associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline **Licenses** + Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record **Experience** + At least two (2) years’ experience working in marketing or communications + Prior experience coordinating, planning, and promoting public events a plus + Prior experience soliciting sponsorship is a plus **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Proficient with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint + Accurate mathematical skills + Knowledgeable in funeral/cemetery/care center industry acumen + Cognitive ability including reasoning, identify problems, comprehend ideas, learn quickly, learn from experience, and appropriately apply learning to new situations. + Provide support in reaching out to influencers and utilizing social media for event promotion and Company exposure + Maintain department office supplies, files, and provide general office support.
