In this role, the individual serves as the Engineering Enablement Lead - responsible for ensuring the AI Enablement & Experience circle is focused on the highest-impact work, setting the technical direction for AI-driven engineering adoption across Claim Technology, owning the Engineering Enablement product roadmap, and representing Engineering Enablement in conversations with enterprise and claim leadership. Demonstrates the strategic mindset, organizational awareness, product ownership discipline, and executive presence expected of a senior Engineering Enablement leader - actively building relationships across Claim Technology, earning trust with senior stakeholders, developing the engineers they lead, and creating the conditions for the AI-driven engineering transformation to take hold and scale across the organization.
