Mental and physical abilities: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be physically active in an aquatic environment; swim; tread water stand; walk; sit; demonstrate proper form and technique for a variety of swim strokes, physically support children as they learn appropriate swimming techniques; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. This fun, flexible position pays $18.00 - $20.00 an hour and offers a generous benefits package that includes excellent health, dental, vision, and hearing insurance as well as generous paid time off that includes 10 days of vacation per year, 12 sick days per year (6 of which can be taken like vacation days), 12 paid holidays, 2 personal days, and the ability to earn an additional 2 days of PTO through our wellness program.
