This role is critical in ensuring installation and service activities are tracked, coordinated, and completed efficiently while maintaining clear communication across internal teams and customers.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>Other duties may be assigned as needed.Project Support<ul><li>Support Project Managers throughout installation and project execution processes</li><li>Manage initial job activation, tracking, and status updates</li><li>Maintain job status boards and provide regular progress updates</li><li>Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to track parts and support safety stock levels</li><li>Work with the CAD department to ensure timely delivery and tracking of program requirements</li><li>Assist Project Managers in planning and facilitating weekly installation meetings</li><li>Track job completions and perform project-specific closeout tasks</li><li>Coordinate required change orders with Project Managers</li><li>Communicate job status updates to customers as needed</li></ul>Service Support<ul><li>Support Service Managers by reviewing open service and ATM call reports</li><li>Work closely with dispatch and field technicians to ensure service calls are current and addressed</li><li>Assist Service Managers in planning and facilitating weekly service meetings</li><li>Track service call completions and perform service-specific closeout duties</li><li>Coordinate required change orders with Service Managers</li></ul>Warehouse & Inventory Support<ul><li>Assist with daily parts receiving</li><li>Support inventory management and warehouse duties as needed</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>2–3 years of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong computer literacy required</li><li>Database knowledge preferred</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.</li></ul>BenefitsCook Solutions Group (CSG) provides our employees with the most comprehensive benefits program to enhance their quality of life.
