Do you have a caring heart and desire to make a difference in someone's life? Bristol Hospice Dallas is seeking compassionate individuals to serve as companion volunteers for patients in their final stages of life. What You'll Do: <ul><li>Visit patients in their homes, assisted living, or nursing facilities </li><li>Offer companionship through conversation, reading aloud, playing games, or simply sitting quietly together </li><li>Provide a comforting presence to patients who may not have family nearby </li><li>Support emotional well-being through kindness and attentiveness </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old </li><li>Complete Bristol Hospice's volunteer training and onboarding process </li><li>Pass background and TB screening (provided at no cost) </li><li>Have reliable transportation </li></ul>Time Commitment: Flexible with your schedule - Just 1-2 hours a week can make a meaningful impact!
