The Intern will assist in configuring system features to improve communication, streamline workflows, and reduce manual processes. Responsibilities include uploading and managing orientation materials within VSys, setting up text messaging and automated email communications, and developing standardized templates to ensure consistent documentation of volunteer interactions. The Intern will also support automation of scheduling notifications and help create a procedural guide for staff use.
