POSITION SUMMARY The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination, communication, and support of volunteer activities across all campuses. This role focuses heavily on building and maintaining strong relationships with volunteers, churches, businesses, community organizations, and donor groups to create meaningful opportunities for involvement and service. The ideal candidate is relational, organized, and passionate about creating positive volunteer experiences while ensuring campus needs are met through effective coordination and communication. This position will also provide program team support through Bible Study coordination and the coordination of Life Skills instructors.  MISSION: In a Christ-centered environment, we equip homeless moms to transform their families for generations   Staff Core Values: 1. Overview:
The Concessions Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Utilizes a cash register and accepts payment. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. This role pays an hourly rate of $11.00-$14.00 and is tip eligible.  Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct the cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transaction.</li><li>Build orders, prepare food, and have knowledge in all areas of concessions operations.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low-stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager.</li><li>Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including but not limited to disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes.</li><li>Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly. </li><li>Check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.</li><li>Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.</li><li>Previous cash handling experience preferred.</li><li>Ability to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding system.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.</li></ul>
