Position Summary:
The St. Gianna's Program Coordinator provides services to expectant parents, parents and/or guardians of children seeking material and educational assistance through the St. Gianna No Cost Baby Boutique.  This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the St. Gianna No Cost Baby Boutique and assisting clients in assessing needs and connecting them to community resources.   Wage Range: $19.00 - $22.35/hour. Essentials Duties and Responsibilities:

Answers questions and coordinates services. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Oversees walk-in boutique hours.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Manages the intake and redistribution of donations to St. Gianna’s No Cost Baby Boutique.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Supervises St. Gianna’s volunteers to carry out the essential functions of the boutique.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Meets with clients to assess resource needs and provides referral to appropriate community resources.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Drives to different community areas to pick up supplies for the St. Gianna’s No Cost Baby Boutique.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Meets with community partners to establish collaborative relationships and to stay well-informed on community resources that may be utilized by clients. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Manages St. Gianna’s inventory and obtains additional inventory through purchase or donations needed. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Oversees the stocking of the boutique and assures the boutique presents clients with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Coordinates and facilitates classes on pregnancy and parenting topics that benefit the local community. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Enters client information and statistics into Virtual Case Manager.  </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Creates monthly reports and statistical data for submission to the Program Manager.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Markets program within the community.  </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Available for media interviews when requested.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Drives for Agency business.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:10pt;font-family:'times new roman' , serif">Performs other special project assignments at supervisor’s request.</li></ul>
