Working closely with the Governance & Strategic Operations Director and Governance and Leadership Manager, this role is responsible for execution of meeting coordination and logistical support for multiple governance entities, including the House of Delegates, Board of Directors, Board of Component Representatives and Committee on Volunteer Placement.Sacramento, CA30+ days ago The Planning, Preparedness, and Prevention Directorate develops and maintains statewide plans and planning guidance for local emergency management, state agencies, and tribal governments, including specialized programs for radiological preparedness, dam safety, seismic hazards, and earthquake early warning. This directorate also includes the California Specialized Training Institute which provides exercise support and courses in emergency management, hazardous materials response, criminal justice/officer safety, fire and rescue, and crisis communications. p>This role partners closely with stakeholders across customer service, order management, finance, supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to improve processes related to order entry, order fulfillment, invoicing, billing accuracy, dispute resolution, claims management, deductions, and collections support. The Project Coordinator serves as a key operational partner to functional leaders, and business stakeholders by ensuring projects remain on track, risks are escalated early, decisions are documented, and communications are clear and actionable. |
