Examples of specialized experience includes managing or participating in managing a transportation or traffic program involving (1) operating a transport or traffic system to move passengers or commodities of an organization when there is accountability for operating costs, (2) operating a transportation system to provide common carrier types of services to shippers, and (3) procuring common or other carriers and other transportation services to move an organization's personnel, freight, and/or other commodities. Knowledge of air terminal operations for passenger and cargo transportation including handling of such items as general supplies, pets, household goods, unaccompanied baggage, mobile homes, privately owned firearms/vehicles, human remains, perishables, outsized, and overweight items.
