Reporting to the Messaging Manager and working in collaboration with the Social Media Assistant Manager and Social Media Coordinator, the LinkedIn (SMS) is responsible for maintaining Random Acts' presence and reputation on LinkedIn. Monitor LinkedIn trends and developments; Keep the Social Media Assistant Manager informed of significant problems that jeopardize the well-being of the organization or its reputation, including any potential issues, so that it may be escalated to Leadership where necessary.

TheSocial Media Specialist (SMS) - LinkedIn will have a key role in growing our community within LinkedIn. Reporting to the Messaging Manager and working in collaboration with the Social Media Assistant Manager and Social Media Coordinator, the LinkedIn (SMS) is responsible for maintaining Random Acts' presence and reputation on LinkedIn. This may include building marketing partnerships, fulfilling partnership content (such as sharing stories with partners), and providing engaging content designed for LinkedIn. This role will also work closely with HR/Recruiters, Partnerships, Acts, and other departments to curate a LinkedIn timeline to produce more connections, volunteers, partners, and supporters. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Manage and update the Random Acts LinkedIn following the strategy set by the Social Media Assistant Manager, curating campaigns and messaging to promote various campaigns throughout the year. </li><li>Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator, Multimedia team, and Digital Marketing team to create any needed assets such as videos, animations, graphics, or landing pages. </li><li>Collaborate with the Social Media Assistant Manager and the Social Media Coordinator to implement a social media strategy and ensure a consistent message is shared with supporters. </li><li>Share Acts stories that are related to partners/high-level donors. </li><li>Collaborate closely with HR, Partnerships, Acts, and other departments to curate a LinkedIn timeline to produce more connections, partners, and supporters. </li><li>Maintain a proactive approach to engage Random Acts staff within LinkedIn. </li><li>Track key metrics on LinkedIn social media accounts and report insights </li><li>Monitor LinkedIn trends and developments; </li><li>Keep the Social Media Assistant Manager informed of significant problems that jeopardize the well-being of the organization or its reputation, including any potential issues, so that it may be escalated to Leadership where necessary. </li><li>Attend regular staff and departmental meetings as required. </li><li>Any other projects or duties as requested by the Social Media Assistant Manager. </li></ul>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Experience in using social media with a focus on LinkedIn as a public relations tool </li><li>The ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including staff, supporters, peers, and the public </li><li>The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing </li><li>The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively </li><li>The ability to manage tasks or projects from ideation through to completion. </li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks </li></ul>Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the requirements of the position. We have an opportunity to join our team of volunteers as our Executive Assistant, ensuring the general organization and support of our executive team. Role Description:The main function of the Executive Assistant is to provide support to the Executive team. You will work with the Directors and their deputies as an essential part of the Executive team. Your role will include: <ul><li>Managing clerical and administrative tasks. </li><li>Organizing and facilitating meetings across various time zones. </li><li>Taking meeting notes. </li><li>Working both independently and collaboratively to support and lead projects. </li></ul>This position will take approximately 5 hours per week. Our programs include LoopHome (reentry support), LoopTalk (mental health), LoopConnect (transportation access), LoopLegal, and LoopHousing, our upcoming transitional housing initiative. Role Overview We are seeking a Volunteer Housing Program Development Lead to build and structure LoopHousing, a multi-state transitional housing and reentry support program. This is a hands-on role focused on designing the program from the ground up, including housing models, compliance requirements, operational workflows, and expansion strategy across multiple states. This is not a maintenance role, we are looking for someone who can build, organize, and develop systems that will support long-term program success.
